  2. What is DW Musicstore?
    DW Musicstore is an online store that is fully focused on musicians within Europe. Though we are a new store, the origin of DW Musicstore lies with Dirk Witte Music in Amsterdam. This means that we can rely on a long existing tradition (since 1939) in the music industry and benefit from the acquired knowledge and experience. It speaks for itself that you too will benefit from this.

    DW Musicstore is a Certified Webshop.

     

     

    The Foundation Webshop Trustmark (Stichting Webshop Keurmerk) is since 2001 the association of shops that primarily offer products and services through internet. With more than 1000 shops the Stichting is the largest acknowledged Keurmerk in the Netherlands. The Webshop Keurmerk aims to protect consumers against webshops that are not reliable.

  14. How long does it take until I receive my order?

    Most of the products you find on our website will either be provided from our own stock or can be obtained shortly. On the website you’ll find an indication of the shipping time with most products.

    - 1-5 days
    - 5-10 days
    - Products with no indication of shipping time are not on stock, but can mostly be obtained quickly.
    - Products with status “on demand” have a long shipping time or are hard to obtain. You can get an indication of the shipping time by using our contact form.

    Although we will do our absolute best to make sure your order arrives in time, unforeseen circumstances may cause the shipping time to differ from the indication on our website. If this happens we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible.
    If your order consists of multiple products with different shipping times, DW Music Store will decide whether the order will be sent when the products with a longer shipping time are available or if the order will be sent and the products with a longer shipping time will follow.
    DW Music Store owns several warehouses from which we can deliver directly, therefore it can occur that your order will be sent in parts.

    DW Music Store provides its products to 16 different countries within Europe. We use a different shipping rate for each country, regardless of the order amount, weight and/or volume. To view the shipping costs for your destination, simply click on the block ‘Shipping Costs’ on the right of the website, and a drop down menu will appear.

  17. What should I do if I receive a damaged package?

    Despite the care taken to ensure that your order will be delivered securely, it may happen that a product gets damaged. In that case, it is important to contact us as soon as possible; you can do this by using the contact form.

    It might be important for us to have (digital) photos of the damaged packaging and/or product.

  20. What are the Warranty terms?

    The supplier warranty on all our products is at least 1 year. DW Musicstore doesn’t have a repair service and will therefore send defective products back to the relevant vendor. We will do our absolute best to make sure your product is repaired or replaced as soon as possible. Defects as a result of water damage, dropping the product, electric damage, opening by third party or any form of negligent use are excluded from warranty.

  21. How do I return a damaged product to DM Musicstore?

    Products that are returned to DW Musicstore need to be provided with an RMA number. To get your RMA number you need to take these steps:

    1.       Log on to your personal profile by clicking ‘Account’
    2.       Look for the right order and click ‘View’
    3.       Choose the product you want to return by clicking ‘RMA for this product?’
    4.       Fill in the RMA form as fully as possible and click ‘Send’.
    5.       We will handle your returning request within 24 hours (workdays) and contact you to display the further procedure.
     
    To confine damage during transport to a minimum it is of the utmost importance that you return the products in reliable packaging.

    Any additional costs are part of the risk of the return process, and are always paid by the customer.
